This Group is the best to respond to questions. I was in a Dr office and needed clarification about coverage and I got a respond immediately. Amanda always answers my questions. Excellent access and parking at their location.

They help my family with Heath Insurance issues in Durham NC where my sister in law was in a coma. The social workers wanted us to switch to regular Medicare Instead of UHC NC.She was hospitalized 7 months the pt cost was $1700 instead of 100,000 + the hospital wanted with Medicare. List cost $1,280,000. Thank you and thank god I didn’t do what the hospital wanted.
