Chad has been so helpful for our insurance needs.
Caused a $134 mistake by submitting cancellation paperwork with the incorrect date by an entire month. Now refuses to call me back or answer my calls. I'm a full time student and it's $10/hr for missed school. This is costing me a great deal of money because they are refusing to simply resubmit my paperwork to Moda with the correct cancellation date. I wouldn't deal with them if I didn't have to get that paperwork corrected.
