They were great to work with. The agents were very, knowledgeable helpful, and most caring. I drug my feet trying to figure out the SSI manual and was more confused. I finally went in and Tiffany told me as a state retiree, it would be cheaper to go through the States retiree system. Unfortunatly they don't do Part D. So I called them up and couldn't jave been more pleased. Last day t sign up and Bob made room for me. I can't say enough goodthings about working with them.
