I’ve have health insurance through this company going into the second year now, and found this to be a consistent trend. Their customer service doesn’t disappoint.
Matthew was extremely helpful and gave me a personalized experience, answering all of my questions and providing access to anything I needed, including checking my the plan to see if my main physicians were in plan.
