I had reason to call upon the professional assistance from Health by Design in two separate occasions. The first was during an unanticipated time of crisis when I needed help getting Medicaid for my children temporarily. Keith Megraw and his team are fantastic. Keith is extremely knowledgeable and he's also a skilled and patient teacher. He spent several hours with us face-to-face and made sure we understood everything. He and his team walked us through every step and I'm very comfortable with the choices they helped us make.
