Two staff at front desk doing their homework s and one nurse... You can't book an appointment... But when you get here they tell you that there are invisible ppl ahead of you with appointment. Doesn't matter if you get hear late or early, the front desk will try to talk you out saying they're fully booked.

Hi there I went there on Dec 20. I dealt with the most rudest individual ever. He was male, middle Eastern/ Latino. Whenever I ask him a simple question it took him a very long time to respond and you could tell he just didn't care at all. I eventually just left and tried another location. Surrey and Davie location rock ! But I will never go into new West location again. Their funding should be cut off.

HIM clinic in New Westminster is just steps away from the skytrain station. Booking ahead of time is recommended (online or by phone), but if you'd prefer to walk in, probably best to stop by soon after it opens. Close to many amenities, restos and coffee shops, if you must wait. A friendly staff and excellent nurses.

Recently renovated, the HIM clinic in New West is a great option for those who don't live downtown and need access to a clinic that is close to a skytrain station. I'd advise those who are seeking a walk-in to arrive early as they are first-come-first-serve. The nurses are super friendly and will be able to address any questions or concerns you have.
