HIA really strives to give their employees a great work/life balance. The employees are friendly and always willing to help where they can or find someone to answer your questions. Having held several different positions in the Corporate setting, I can say that the team feels like family and would absolutely recommend HIA to anyone looking for a career in the medical coding industry.
