I went to Health In Motion after having surgery for a torn meniscus. I loved the care I received. They bent over backwards to get me active as soon as possible.
Love this whole body approach to wellness. The yoga classes are so relaxing and my posture has never been better. Very knowledgeable health care providers!

After my FIRST session with her, I was feeling significantly better. By the time I had surgery on my knee, I was pain free and had great range of motion.
