From the time I walked in till the time I left was a great experience was I was greeted very nicely as soon as I walked in with a huge smile very personal. My assessment session with Zachary was amazing. He had so much knowledge and was very patient while explaining my injuries had answers to all my questions gave me some exercises to do from home until our next visit I would highly recommend them to anyone 10 stars absolutely

While training I incurred a hamstring injury, was able to meet with Zach. The appointment was great, he was thorough and ensured to fully understand my injury and training goals. Zach showed strong knowledge and experience and I am confident he will help me overcome this injury and get back training. Highly recommend
Great expertise; Maura is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive in assessing clients. She has been instrumental in my return to exercising post partum. I especially love the program app she uses for exercises. So much easier than using paper. Thank you Maura!!
I have seen Maura a number of times for help with a rotator cuff injury and hip pain where I have an artificial hip. The shoulder injury is about 2 1/2 years old and my hip was replaced more than 10 years ago. ( I didn’t get proper physio after surgery.) I thought these problems were beyond repair. Maura has diagnosed them and with a very skilled and optimistic therapeutic approach I am seeing remarkable results. I think I will achieve full recovery and function.
