Health in Focus is the go to place in Kingston for any sport related injury..Great location and the staff are always warm and friendly.. dog included. First time with an elbow issue, very easy to set up an initial assessment with our go to Physiotherapist 'Maura' .. the best in Kingston ! I haven’t had a negative experience yet and I’ve been a customer for over a decade. I had such a nice massage today with Thomas, with what felt like *so much* attention to my shoulder pain. I am very appreciative!!!
Worked with Zachery Moll to help with my knee issues. Zachery provided me with a simple but effective program I needed to help alleviate the pain and get back to my normal exercise again. Highly recommended physio!
