After my recovery from surgery, my GP referred me to the team of Exercise Physiologists at Health In Balance. While I was not sure what to expect by way of treatment, after the first session I am very pleased she did. After a thorough discussion of my clinical history, Tom explained in great detail a personalized exercise program which would help me regain my former strength and fitness. Tibin ,Tom Dillon and Louise have given me excellent care after my stroke. They are friendly, caring, encouraging and professional. I can now carry weighty objects and feel more comfortable walking longer distances without the great fear of falling that I had. I would highly recommend HIB. They are amazing
