After some bad experiences with a previous IUD insertion, I was recommended this place by my gynecologist as an option. While the circumstances weren’t great and I was unable to get local anesthesia, the people there really helped.They are very kind and personable and made the experience less scary by explaining everything. The circumstances were out of their control but they did what they could and made it as easy for me as possible.
I needed a new doctor for hormones (last one went horribly wrong) and my therapist recommended this place. Staff are very friendly, intake was longer than I'd have liked but we went over every single concern about my health so that's fine, and they have a LOT of really good free programs here. They have free therapy groups for victims of SA and DV, free condoms, free narcan, free menstrual products, and free drug safety kits for IV drugs.
