Honestly, they got me in same day which was kind of amazing. And when I got there, I was immediately taken in and the MRIs went faster than normal. I doubt this is typical, but I appreciate it!
I went to Southlands Health Images for a L/S spine MRI on Monday July 14 and as of today Friday July 18th neither I nor my PCP can obtain the formal reading of the MRI. This delay can impact my treatment and when I contacted the front desk minutes ago before writing this review I was told that turn around time was 7 working days ( exclude Sat and Sundays) and that certain reports if done at hospitals could take up to 5 weeks! This is NOT THE BEST OPTION for Imaging. Once was, NOT NOW. I had an MRI at Southlands 1 week ago, still NO REPORT, for the doctor. Also the problem with ear protection is still present. Eventhough the "OWNER" has stated several times, in these reviews, that they would speak with the manager. MANAGEMENT just ignored the owner. Now for the informative part. Nice office and the people were nice but with me being in a walker I felt rushed and there was a little confusion on the time but they could have taking a little more time to go over something. I don’t know if I will use them next time.
Very clean, friendly, and professional. The team took the stress of the visit away.
