In and out super quick, people were friendly.
I was told that my copay would be $X. I called and said "that sounds low, are you sure?" They said yes. Based on that, I made the appointment. On the day of, I went in and again asked: "this looks low. are you sure its my full copay?" The person said yes and even checked with her coworker who also emphatically said yes. Today I got a bill for 51x $X. Yes, 51x more than I was quoted. I called and was told that, despite my asking for clarification and being told wrong twice (3 times?), its still my fault for not knowing better... read more
These guys sent someone to SERVE ME over a $600 medical bill. THEY ARE SUING ME! When I got the bill, I called and asked them to reprocess through insurance. She told me to call my insurance company to reprocess it. That’s not his it works. She never offered a payment plan or instructions on how to move forward. Then I called and asked the staff for my ultrasound results so I could take them to my doctor. She said the system was so locked down she couldn’t open the file and that was that. Awesome.
