Every person that helped me with MRI was top notch! Wish I could give 10 stars!!! These people are professionals! Organized, kind, helpful, friendly, patient, understanding and work as a team. Best place I have ever had testing done. They care about you and are so respectful and considerate. Thank you to the staff at Health Images Longmont!!!! I so appreciate your excellence!!!

They called me to schedule three weeks after my insurance approved it after telling me they would call me right away once Insurance approved. When they called to schedule, they told me they had an opening the very next morning. I drove 45 minutes to get there. I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late and tried to call them but their phone tree doesn’t let you get to a live person very easily. I called this company specifically to schedule a diagnostic screening which includes ultra sound, stating clearly that I wanted to pay out-of-pocket as a self-pay patient and not go through my insurance, could they do this? The Health Images scheduling who clearly had zero education on medical protocols or actual facility policies—assured me the Longmont branch could handle this, quoted me a flat rate of $280, and booked the appointment.
