They called me to schedule three weeks after my insurance approved it after telling me they would call me right away once Insurance approved. When they called to schedule, they told me they had an opening the very next morning. I drove 45 minutes to get there. I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late and tried to call them but their phone tree doesn’t let you get to a live person very easily.
