This was a great deal (and a fair price). Scheduling was easy too. This is a great service. I had a Coronary Calcium Scan done here. So much more reasonable than other locations!
During intake, I disclosed that I had previously experienced a mild reaction to MRI contrast, and I was informed that this would not affect my CT scan with contrast. However, the rad tech stated that the exam could not proceed, apparently due to a misunderstanding that MRI contrast (gadolinium-based) and CT contrast (iodine-based) are different agents. As a result, my CT scan was not performed, my care was delayed, and I had to pay serval hundred dollars more for a scan elsewhere.
After waiting a week for my results, which my doctor had not received I contacted to get them resent. The person I talked to was extremely condescending and rude to me. There should be more compassion for people waiting potentially very scary and nerve wracking results. I will not go back to this place. Go to uc heath
