Very nice and competent staff and good equipment.
I went to them for an MRI I was told I only had to pay $600with insurance and 500without. A month later I get a bill for an additional $300 and a week after that I get a bill for another 800 these people are robbers never go here.
They got me in and out within 10 minutes, if even. Also, very friendly and professional staff!
My experience w/HI re: scheduling and the actual imaging process was friendly and professional; however, my ordering provider and I are still awaiting an imaging report for an MRI study completed 12 days ago. This is part of the paid service, and not acceptable. I've had additional MRI studies done there more recently (the day after the one in question), and received the corresponding report within 3 days (which I felt was reasonable as it was done on a weekend).
