The radiologist failed to identify structural abnormalities, inflammation, cyst, torn/missing cartilage, osteoarthritis, bone edema and more in my knee MRI. I was given an MRI report that noted (essentially) a normal knee. I took the images to my orthopedic surgeon and many abnormalities were identified. Given that these reports can dictate the measures taken for potential life threatening conditions, I would think twice about trusting the radiologists here. I’m leaving this review because their website isn’t very helpful- X-RAYS STOP AT 5PM. And , much like McDonald’s ice cream machine, it’s often broken, which is also never stated on their website. Could I call beforehand? Sure did, but I didn’t get an answer.
