I would NEVER agree to use Health Images again. It took 9 days for the reading and report to get to my doctor. She took one look at the report, called them and asked them to do another reading with a new report. They failed to address the primary reason for the MRI and they failed to note prior surgical interventions that had to be obvious in the study. That request was 4 days ago and STILL no new report. Sorry it took me so long to edit this but I originally gave a 1 star but I went back for another appointment and they did a lot better this time. They did my abdominal and pelvic MRI in one instead of charging me twice.

The receptionist (pink hair) at the Canyon Blvd. location is incredibly miserable and was rude at every possible point during the check-in and check-out process. The lab tech was wonderfully pleasant.

Really great experience here. I called and scheduled an appointment for 45 minutes later. Super smooth with Cassie at the front desk and Kevin as the X-ray tech. Highly recommend

my appointment was originally at 4:00 pm they asked me to come at 3:55 only only to have me wait for over thirty minutes to be taken back to a changing room for an MRI. Once I changed I waited another thirty minutes before someone came and apologized for the wait. It was freezing cold in the waiting area and while I am aware it can be cold in the MRI I did not appreciate having to wait for over an hour for a 15 minute procedure.
