I recently had a low dose CT scan done. While the process of having the actual CT scan was very professional, being able to speak with the radiologist who made the diagnosis is a different story. With every other specialist I have been referred to I am able to speak with the specialist making the diagnosis , however, with radiologists this is the exception. Called to payments on two accounts. Needed the other person on the line. Could have had my dog one bark for yes, two barks for no. They didn't want my payments.

I would NEVER agree to use Health Images again. It took 9 days for the reading and report to get to my doctor. She took one look at the report, called them and asked them to do another reading with a new report. They failed to address the primary reason for the MRI and they failed to note prior surgical interventions that had to be obvious in the study. That request was 4 days ago and STILL no new report. Now at 13 days post appointment and my doctor still does not have a reading/report that she can use to diagnose and treat... read more

Sorry it took me so long to edit this but I originally gave a 1 star but I went back for another appointment and they did a lot better this time. They did my abdominal and pelvic MRI in one instead of charging me twice.

The receptionist (pink hair) at the Canyon Blvd. location is incredibly miserable and was rude at every possible point during the check-in and check-out process. The lab tech was wonderfully pleasant.
