Most of the people that work there are pleasant and helpful. One of them wants to pretend she is a health expert. I was asked if she could help....I knew prior she wouldn't know because no one ever seems to know....I asked for guggulsterones or DIM(Diindolylmethane) and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. Not sure what the other people are talking about, but I stop in once a month for a couple items and always have a good experience. I got a lot of good information on the various types of fish oil that I found very helpful.

Great selection of products, but I agree with Tim in Midland about the one older woman who works there. She proselytizes about her fundamentalist ideas. She is calling for "the end of times." I just wanted vitamins and juice.

The Health Hut is unfortunately the only "healthy" store besides GNC in Midland. They have a few good natural products, but be prepared to deal with rude old women if you want to buy only what you came in for. Also, if your a minority you will be watched like your going to rob them blind. This store would be a lot better if not for the racist rude old women!

I try to visit the Health Hut every time I go to the downtown Midland area. I love browsing their wide variety of items from healthful foods and supplements to uplifting teas, treats, soaps, shampoos and essential oils. The always pleasant staff really know their stuff and seem to truly like sharing that knowledge. I often encourage friends, family and aquaintances to check them out.
