I have been dealing with them losing my son’s paperwork since we first applied with them. Now we have not received a letter requesting paperwork from them and my son Medicaid has been denied. We are a mixed race family and my son is autistic and nothing but trouble from day one with them! I will be filing a complaint against them! The office in Anderson South Carolina have been really a big disappointment when trying to get them to be responsible for my son’s case! I’m not sure why it’s so difficult!
