Very poor service and you can't get anyone on the phone. If you leave a message no one ever returns your call
Turning in paperwork that's not being processed into the system and letters being sent out that your paperwork hasn't been completed or received, and very short staffing and workers not seeing clients when in need
Went in for gardasil shots and every time (3 times) they were fast and professional.
