They literally never answer the phones, always rude when you call. If you’re in the lobby and need to see your worker for something, instead of making it discreet they make you say it out loudly. This goes with important information as well. No privacy policy being used at all. also a pick and choose system on who gets help when walking in there. The supervisor is so nasty and if you have a problem with whom your worker is she makes slide comments against whatever your issue is.
Be nice if they answered their phones or called you back from the voicemails you leave.
I understand them being closed on election day but it would have been helpful if the website said closed instead of open today so I didn't run all the way there and waste my time for nothing
