These people don’t actually help anyone. They lose paperwork, swear you didn’t turn it in, and when it’s past the deadline, tell you you’re screwed. Total & complete incompetence.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! This place is so rude and they lie to you about everything. They don’t do anything they are supposed to do!!! THEY MAKE THE MISTAKES AND THEN YOU ARE THE ONE SCREWED!!!!! Terrible!
ive tried getting my food stamps back for almost a year now, every time I try to call here nobody ever picks up and it always goes to voicemail. but every time they actually call me back it's the worst time for them to possibly call me back like when I'm at work or on the bus.
