I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Samia Alves, which was surprising since I specifically chose her because she is Brazilian, thinking that communication and care would be easier. I've been a patient here for approx 20yrs under Dr Badawy and when Dr Badawy sold the practice and moved to Canberra I was sceptical of having a new doctor looking after my numerous health issues. Well my fears were allayed when I had my first appointment with Dr Sharab he is a kind, friendly who puts you at ease on the first visit and listens to your concerns not brushing them aside he never rushes you. You couldn't find a better Dr for yourself and your family. All the staff are exceptional in jobs.
