You want a great workout come fine out the instructors are the very best in industry!!! Amazing environment
The workout was good, but I had no idea what to do during my first visit to the Leawood location. There was no one to check me in or tell me how to setup my station. Music was loud and there was no hands on assistance or corrections. I felt intimidated and unwelcome, but I did get a good workout in.
