I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Chavez at Health Horizons. The appointment began without proper identity verification, and communication quickly became dismissive and argumentative. When I attempted to clarify my reason for referral, I was interrupted multiple times and left without clear guidance or next steps. Nurses and reception are great. Dr Chavez was dismissive and made an extremely uncomfortable comment to me during my appointment. I was not met with compassion or decency from her.
She has been listening and wants to help solve my fatigue, brain fog and anxiety
