Ashley is a big part of the reason that I'm alive, she took wonderful care of me at 45 street mental health. She was the best there and be sadly missed. She was the very best Charge Nurse they even had and you are so lucky to have her there, she saved my life. God Bless Ashley from Bret also Jennifer and Mary have been just great help to me
Like other reviewers, I’ve had issues with their billing department. I shouldn’t be paying anything at all, since I’ve met the deductible, but I have paid over $400 out of pocket in the last few weeks, adding another $100 for my last two sessions which were each a matter of 10 minutes, give or take a minute or two. It’s been extremely frustrating. Time will tell, and I’ll gladly amend my review if they can actually get it together to process my payments correctly.
I believe I’ve been a part of health Haven for about 10 years now. I’ve always had a good experience. My therapist is very kind and understanding. Perhaps she’s my medication management lady. I’m not sure. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Even if you’re not in the area, you can do online appointments on video call. Jane is the best.🙏
Do not waste your time here. You will get the run around, you will not be able to get in touch with anyone. They were very happy to call me back and get me an appointment when I was a new patient. I went to my first visit and the man who did my intake was very helpful and nice. They were supposed to take care of my prescription for me. I had voiced my opinion that my last doctor couldn't be bothered to listen to me and I didn't want to go through the same thing again. I went to my appointment on 11/11. This place is soo amazing. My daughter is a client here and Health Haven and their team is not only helpful but so understanding and has meet my daughter and I needs and expectations as best as they can. My daughter feels safe to open up and also likes everyone staff she's had contact with. This place is top notch and unmatched. This place is definitely recommended. Thanks again Health Haven.
