I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jose in both individual and group sound therapy sessions. He creates a deeply safe, grounded space and brings such compassion, kindness, and calm presence to his work. He also explains things clearly and offers thoughtful recommendations for ongoing balance and support. Highly recommend — sound therapy will be a beautiful adjunct to Jose’s work as a Naturopathic Doctor too.
I had the most invigorating experience at the Sound Bath Meditation Session with Jose & Melissa. 🩵🩷 They were spectacular making us all feel warm & welcomed… the yummy herbal tea at the end was a special touch ! Amazing experience!!! Healing for the body and the soul
I recently had the pleasure of attending the sound bath session led by Dr. Jose Peralta and Melissa Morris at Coloured Soul. I had never attended a sound bath before, so was unsure what to expect. Jose and Melissa created a warm and welcoming space from the very first moments.
