Patient services need to improve
I made an appointment on a Friday for congestion and throat irritation. They said the closest available appointment was 2 weeks away. I argued with them that this was an urgent and 2 weeks away was unacceptable and then they finally scheduled me for the following Monday at 1045. I arrived at 1030, didn't get seen until1145 for vitals and then was told to wait outside again for an available room. I left at 1230. Still unseen. Terrible experience. Better off at a health department.
My first time,,,and the staff was to busy talking ,,,there`s no manager controlling the staff that talks tom much to each other !!!! Also look`s like the doctors also to busy talking with them . Nothing organization !!!!! Look`s like I`m going to look else where !!! This place is very BAD!!!!!!!!!! This place Deserve NO STAR`s !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/19/2017
