My wife and I were at a convention 30 miles out of Santa Fe. My wife became very sick in the middle of the night. We were 1000 miles from home, and I simply went to this hospital because it was the closest open ED on google maps. On the drive in, I was on the phone with my daughter who is an ED doctor in Michigan. We arrived around 2 am. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff watched over us with such care that we still get emotional when we talk about it. I took my daughter to the Christus ER when she was sick with a high fever and headache. Dr Abruzzo was very kind and his medical expertise put me at ease. Great experience!
They sent my husband to collections we had no clue we even owed until we went to get a car and there were 2 accounts from them on his credit report what the heck you could have sent us a notice first do not go there
Health Front is super shady. They use surprise billing and don't ever send notices of potential balances due before sending customers to collections agencies. They had my address and phone number on file and never mailed a notice, texted a notice, or made a single phone call to reach out about any balance due. I highly recommend against doing business with this questionable company. I only gave them 1 star because zero is not an option.
