I had a dire emergency and went to Christus St. Vincent at 5 am. I was seen almost immediately by a wonderful, kind and smart ER doctor. He expedited my treatment, got labs and CT done right away, and set me up with a surgical specialist. I received top notch care from everyone in the ER, OR and for the next 24 hours I spent there. What could have turned into a life threatening situation was resolved, thanks to the quick actions of the ER doctor. Thank you to all at Christus St. Vincent!!
These ppl are the absolute worst. Not only did I never see this doctor, but they chose not to bill my insurance and repeatedly sent me to collections. I’ve even had my lawyer contact them to stop harassing me and simply bill my insurance. These ppl are monsters.
They charge you separately from Christus St Vincent, and don’t send follow ups on paying the balance due. First I found out I had a bill was when a collection service contacted. I may never be able to afford owning a home, but I pride myself in keeping a good credit score, so this was super annoying. Their customer service rep couldn’t tell me what their policy is on sending out bills. 0/10
