I spoke to Ron which stated to be the supervisor for that warehouse. I notified him of the situation, which then stated that the order he saw in the system was correct. I informed him that all I wanted was to return the current shipment back and get the correct forms sent to me. He stated that was fine. I then asked to get a shipping label to send the form back.
