Doctor didnt care about my concerns whatsoever and just brushed them off which is insane to me considering im 32 weeks pregnant with chest pain, lower back pain, and pain under my ribs. My white blood cell count among several other things indicated an infection of some sort but that was never even mentioned. HOWEVER My nurse Patricia was the most amazing nurse I have ever had and my experience with her was great.
What a disaster of an ER! My husband sat in chair in a numbered space and I had to scream for someone to give him pain medicine after he sat screaming! The nurses are overwhelmed and try but the situation is horrendous and God help you if you’re really sick!!!

Completely shocked at the unprofessionalism of one of the nurses in the ER. I did not catch her name, but she was wearing a Philadelphia Eagles bandana. The way she spoke about patients (some who were within earshot) was shocking. For instance, she was making fun of a patient who cut off part of his finger. She also made me feel so unwelcome, saying to her colleagues that "it was pointless for me to be there" and then, as I was discharged and walking out she muttered something along the lines of "waste of our time." Security is atrocious. I'll never go back to that hospital again. I've never felt so threatened by a hospital in my life. That security guard needs to be fired. I'm barely breathing and he took it apon himself to make fun of me
