Horrible practice. Never return phone calls, even when you are upset and crying because nobody returned your last call. They promise they will call. 30 minutes after closing time, you finally realize no one is, once again, going to call. And this wasn't just for a cold. I had been sick for a month at the beginning of 2020 after having new onset of Migraines that November, inexplicably. It is always a great pleasure to be seen by a DO.
Jami Gibson has been an excellent doctor to me for over a year now. She’s been very patient with me in finding a medication that suits me. Nurses and staff are always so kind and attentive. They are definitely in need of more staff and you do have to wait quite a while here; a 20 minutes appointment will take almost 45 just because you have to wait. I don’t mind it too much though as I am always made comfortable in the office and with the staff.
