Do not let the phlebotomist Tammy draw your blood. This thing has no business in the medical field. BEWARE
Dr. Bethea did a thorough physical for a routine annual exam which I greatly appreciate. She offered great referrals and researched specific tests I was asking for. Lovey was also a joy! Some of the faculty could be nicer/more receptive to questions which is why there is 4 stars.
Barb Neuman is wonderful, she listens to you and orders the appropriate testing when needed. She does not discount the patients knowing their own body and takes that into account as well
When we started looking for a good doctor, a neighbor recommended Barbara Neuman to us. We took our children to her, and you know, we are just delighted that she is not only a wonderful person, but also a professional in her field. She will listen carefully to all your problems and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.
I used to really like this office a lot and received great service. Recently the customer service I have received from them for my health care has been abysmal. I kept getting messages to make an appointment so I kept trying to do that on MyChart per the directions. I have been messaging them since MAY and no one has ever reached out. I am really sick and messaged with what I thought would be someone to help, but I got ignored again until I reached out again hours later. None of my questions were answered.
