The staff and office were nice and they deserve their kudos, but Dr. Luis Rodriguez Gonzalez should not be employed. My old provider no longer works with TNC and he refused to even open the lab I completed this year for her because "they were expired", so in turn he refused to sign the Wellworks form that my insurance reached out to TNC about (which prompted TNC to make the appointment on my behalf in the first place). Terrible customer service. I have a dispute with a bill from last year. I’ve called, emailed, left voicemails, and spoken to multiple people over the phone to try and get help numerous times. This office does not respond or call back. I am hoping this review may grab the attention of someone who can help. This dates back to March of last year.
Today is April 23, 2025. My husbands last appointment was Feb 27. He needs prior authorization from Dr. S for my insurance to approve the Dexcom prescribed on Feb 27. I have called 6 times, my insurance has faxed the form, my insurance has called this office twice and was assured form would be sent out on both occasions. I literally spoke to them today (4/23) and said I need to speak to the Dr today (she is probably not aware) if I don't by 4 I will be there until they give me the confirmation from the fax that this authoriz... read more
Very hard to get Referrals from the people
Deeply disappointed by my experience at Primary Care. The level of professionalism and communication was far below what one would expect from a healthcare provider. Would not recommend coming here.
