I canceled my appointment...a few weeks later I get a bill for that doctor visit I canceled
Haven’t even seen a doctor here this is solely based on the judgmental staff at the front desk. Not once, but two times! I can’t imagine how patients must feel coming to this place. I have a prescription that needs to be signed off by an MD and I came here the first time because I needed to get my initial perscripion due to my MD being on vacation and my medication being prescribed by a PA it needed an md’s signature. Never had any issues with this place. Staff at front are always nice and helpful. Medical assistants have been the same. Have able to take my mom on several occasions as a walk in and gotten her in no problem or long wait.
If i could give no stars i would definitely would! The staff there are very very rude and unprofessional! Mainly the women up front when u check in. Very poor customer service skills. Also very rude on the phone. They need to learn manners and how to treat people.
Waiting time was terrible. I was told one hour, but was seen 4 hours later.
