I am not impressed with the lack of care at this facility. Nearly dead with a rare infection because they didn’t prescribe the correct medication. After one urgent care visit and $85, I was finally given the correct antibiotic for my infection. When they receive results even when infection is present, they take a week to treat. This is not Health First. It’s health neglect. Health First has really gone downhill. Not sure where y'all went wrong but you probably should have a meeting to address the inadequacies of your team.
Comforting office and amazing staff! We absolutely love Dr. Close and nurse Claudia. They’re professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
I had Adam Close and we had my baby quick. He allowed me to go past 41 weeks and let me make most of my decisions. Good bedside manner and respectful. He missed my birth but that's because I had her too quickly haha. He came back super fast and continuef with the rest of medical care I needed.
I'm not even sure where to begin. I thought I was receiving adequate care, but I guess billing is more important than my well-being. I'm convinced that Rachel Cartechine transferred my care to Orlando out of spite. My delivery was so traumatizing that I have now lost all faith and trust in the medical system as a whole. I will now have to search for alternative options for any prenatal or gynecological care in the future. I hope I don't ever have to return to this practice for any reason.
