The people are nice and I only waited a few minutes to get my xray done.
Not friendly or helpful over the phone. If the person answering the phone is that unhappy working at this practice, that's not somewhere I will trust with my healthcare.

I did a walk-in appointment this morning to get some bloodwork done that my doc from Health First ordered, so I came first thing to get it done before work. As I’m five minutes away from my office afterwards I get a call that I need to come back to do self-pay or cancel the order because they realized they don’t take my insurance… I wish they had shared that information with me before they took 10 viles of my blood for nothing.
