Dr. Hagloch is always amazing and they are great at sending notifications however getting someone to answer the phone is a difficult and time consuming

I’ve been using using Health First Labs for 10 years. I have always had a great experience.
It is the third time I went to the lab and the front desk attendant called Mary, I don’t have her last name bc she put some stickers in her badge. She is not kind, actually she is very rude. And she never find the orders correctly, Luckily Jennie Mulang, a blood draw, was wonderful and found all the tests my 8-year-old daughter needed to do. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had was with H.F.Endocrinology department. Medical “professional” I was sent to automatically gave me pharmaceutical drugs to treat my condition. There w as no oversight given no follow up until I physically went back to the office. I was then told my condition had deteriorated so much that She was prescribing 3 more oral prescriptions to go with the 3 already prescribed plus I was going to have to now start taking insulin injections 4 times a day.
