Absolutely mortifying experience. I was told they could do a pelvic exam, they couldn’t after driving and paying to be there and then I hear my entire issue being yelled across the office where everyone could hear it and people being very uncaring about helping me. The doctor seemed nice but he has a very limited scope and that should be made a lot more clear. Kept bringing up diabetes when I’m slightly overweight and have never been a diabetic. Was not the reason I was there at all.
Location opens at 8 and they let appointments skip the line then call. 8:15 appointment and leave you standing there. Very poor patient experience.
The pediatric doctor today was a geriatric female with Parkinsons. She was totally out of it and couldn't stop shaking. She didn't listen to what we had to say regarding our child's symptoms and was trying to refer us to an eye doctor when our child is suffering from allergies. She was about 15 to 20 years past her sell by date. I insisted that we want to see an allergy doctor but she refused. I had 10:30 appts. For me n hubby. Stood at counter 20 mins. No acknowledgment that they even seen us .we walked in 2 people. When we walked out 15 in line. The lady said we are running 40 minutes behind this is third and last time this will happen .We will never go back. The counter ladies are rude . Not everyone is retired. And I get sick severely from Migraines so going with out is horrible for me. I get very sick from no food or coffee.
