The pediatric doctor today was a geriatric female with Parkinsons. She was totally out of it and couldn't stop shaking. She didn't listen to what we had to say regarding our child's symptoms and was trying to refer us to an eye doctor when our child is suffering from allergies. She was about 15 to 20 years past her sell by date. I insisted that we want to see an allergy doctor but she refused. I had 10:30 appts. For me n hubby. Stood at counter 20 mins. No acknowledgment that they even seen us .we walked in 2 people. When we walked out 15 in line. The lady said we are running 40 minutes behind this is third and last time this will happen .We will never go back. The counter ladies are rude . Not everyone is retired. And I get sick severely from Migraines so going with out is horrible for me. I get very sick from no food or coffee. Dr. Hagloch is always amazing and they are great at sending notifications however getting someone to answer the phone is a difficult and time consuming
My family and I have used this office for our medical care for over 30 years. Convenient, clean office with friendly, helpful support staff, nurses, and of course, we love our doctors.
