Love the doctors here but the receptionist who fielded my call just now was so incredibly condescending and rude. Never understand why this is necessary, but truly she needs to be either retrained or relieved of her position.
I have only ever had positive experiences at this clinic. My GP is very knowledgeable and thorough, and the receptionists are lovely and helpful both in person and over the phone!
My husband and I have both been patients here for just over two years and are impressed with their generally good time-keeping, overall helpfulness and breadth of medical knowledge. Since Covid, the motto 'Be Kind' has never been more important to remember as users of this and all other services.
I have been a patient at Health First Medical Group for many years and I have always found the doctors to be excellent. They are professional, thorough and genuinely care about their patients. We have been coming to this clinic for a fair while now (11 years). Over time we have gradually seen a decline in the service and the quality of care. Doctors often running late (tonight was 45mins past my son's allocated time) no phone calls, nothing, not even when we presented to reception 10mins BEFORE the appointment. The kicker for this appointment was that it STILL COST ME $102 (for an "after hours" appointment.
