Called at 2 PM on a Wednesday to schedule an appt as a new patient. Waited 25 minutes (was curious how long it would take) and no one ever answered. I didn't want to wait any longer than that.
The front desk receptionists have been awful. Rude. Not helpful. This is not only on one occasion. I have now experienced this three separate times. I also have the same exact thing to say about the Malabar location. I've been scheduled separate appointments at both locations. Not once have I been greeted with any warmth or even helpfulness. Don’t waste your time… scheduled the end of 2023. They called the week before the appt and cancelled— said they didn’t have my records. I called back— can I get them sent over and keep my appt? Nope— said Dr Baumbry’s protocol. Fast forward to my appt next week. Got a message today saying a different day and time. So, I call. Office Manager says sorry, we left you a message we needed to change it back in January. I give up… worst office support ever. They refuse to accommodate me, said they could reschedule me, but not for 2... read more

Staff are friendly, physicians are wonderful! However, lab? Awful! 2 attempts on different days to obtain a lab draw, once an hour wait, second attempt; 1 1/2 hour wait. As I’ve worked in the medical field for more than 30 years I understand how walk in services can become overwhelming for staff, but to be an hour and 1/2 behind @9:30am when you open @8:30am is poor management for the staff, and poor service to the patient.
