I don't care about polite or impolite receptionists, or how poor or well they keep appointments. As a male born man, I focus on priorities, like competent medical care. They don't even know how to take your blood pressure. You should be at rest for 5 minutes, not 30 seconds. They do it wrong because they're in a hurry. You don't take blood pressure putting the cuff over your shirt, roll up the shirt and put the cuff on your arm just above the elbow, not 3" above. So naturally the reading was high. Nobody knows how to answer the damn phone at this place
Called at 2 PM on a Wednesday to schedule an appt as a new patient. Waited 25 minutes (was curious how long it would take) and no one ever answered. I didn't want to wait any longer than that.
The front desk receptionists have been awful. Rude. Not helpful. This is not only on one occasion. I have now experienced this three separate times. I also have the same exact thing to say about the Malabar location. I've been scheduled separate appointments at both locations. Not once have I been greeted with any warmth or even helpfulness. Don’t waste your time… scheduled the end of 2023. They called the week before the appt and cancelled— said they didn’t have my records. I called back— can I get them sent over and keep my appt? Nope— said Dr Baumbry’s protocol. Fast forward to my appt next week. Got a message today saying a different day and time. So, I call.
