I’m writing this review based on my personal experience that I had today. My doctor’s office referred me to Health First Medical Center in Gahanna for pre-admission testing. I admit that I searched the website prior to my arrival and was a bit taken back because it does not look like a traditional / typical medical building, but rather a home that has been converted into a medical building. This is the most unprofessional joke of a "medical center" ever. It's in a run down ranch home that you must go thru a dance studio parking lot to access the parking, which they paved the back yard. Had to go here for pre op physical. This is no doubt a low cost contract service provider for my urology practice and is certainly a poor reflection. Very friendly staff. No wait for my scheduled appointment time. The young girl who took my blood was so sweet . I was very very nervous but she was so understanding and kind, the nurse practitioner was so nice as well and knew her stuff !! A great experience
Workers at the desk were snotty, didn’t listen, were dismissive and rude
Alesha and Shannon were fantastic. Prompt, professional, and took care of everything I needed in my pre-operation testing. If I need their service again, I will be sure to go see them!!
