Great practice with excellent staff. Need to work on answering the phones promptly but overall very good care.
I like Dr Jay. I started with him when I moved to the Villages 11 years ago. At that time he was with Dr Villa. He left that practice and I stayed on. Over time he started Health First. I started back with him about 3 years ago when Villages health stopped taking blue cross for its medicare patients. He is very knowledgable and a great listener. He put my mom on Namenda a powerful newer drug for stage 7, combative end of the road patients! Side effects horrible! No alcohol-didnt tell my sister and mom fell twice! Not while drinking...come to find out it makes muscles weak...run from this guy!
Excellent Dr, very kind, caring and compassionate. Treats me like a friend, not a patient. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! There's coffee and snacks in the lobby. Just a great group to work with.
