RecommendedI love health first but my last trip was horrible. I went in for a med check and knew my vitals would be checked. I told them I was having issues with thick mucus in the back of my throat and breathing was off. The Dr asked what I was being seen for and she did not finish telling me what I had going on. Asked me what meds I needed and I felt rushed out the door. I am sorry, I work and really restricted on availability when I can see the Dr. Insurance will only cover one item per visit. Makes no sense.
The staff here is great! I pulled up, and they got me taken care of so quickly! Mollie is amazing. Def would recommend, and go back!
Just went today and the staff was quick and for a drive through service very convenient. Thank you Jackie and Health 1st for helping our community!!! We love you all 😘😘😘

The staff here is TERRIBLE!! The lady at the front desk is very rude and not professional at all. Jackie was out on vacation so I saw the other practitioner and my first prescription was called in wrong so I had to wait the next day to get it and my second prescription was called in to the wrong pharmacy. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday week but it was no need for the unprofessional attitudes.
The desk staff is very rude in person and on the phone. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to the clinic four more times because it is in a convenient location for me. The desk staff continued to be rude and unhelpful. Jackie and the nurses are good. It's too bad the receptionists ruin the experience.
This is the only doctors office that I could find in North Mississippi that accepted Medicaid for adult patients. They are friendly and professional. They really care about the patients they see. I would recommend anyone to see this office if they are having troubles finding a doctor that takes Medicaid for adults.
Ran several test on me,Doctor never call me to go over my test,didn't treat me for my problem. Turned me over to collection agency....BEWARE!
