My grievance is related to Dave Ferruolo. He caused many staff to leave because of his unprofessional and unethical behaviors. Staff would report to me that he would stalk them and had reported this behavior with no repercussion. Initially after starting I was informed by HR that he had personal/sexual encounters with patients. I eventually had to leave because I caught him going to bars with patients and drinking with them.
