Just got off the phone with them while asking about being seen for Kidney issues. They told me they are an established urgent care facility, but could not get me seen until 2:30 and that they do not do walk ins. I then asked if they accepted TRI-CARE insurance and the question was danced around. I was first asked if I am “currently a veteran” and when I told the woman I was speaking to “yes”, she then continued to explain how they are not actually an urgent care facility and can not accept TRI-CARE.. after being told this I ... read more
