Everyone at Health First Advent Health Centra Care Malabar was Awesome! Islande, Susan, Samantha and Lindsay were all very professional and friendly. They work very efficiently to get me in and out in no time! Best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care! Would recommend!
Hidden gem of urgent care! I never have to wait very long, appointments are easy to make online, and they all treat you like family. Islande and AJ are always very helpful at check in and Lindsey the provider diagnosed me very quick and got me on the mend! Also they are the preferred provider for many health insurance plans so the copay is lower than most other chain urgently cares. Worth the extra drive!
I, Danielle Nichols, was the Urgent Care patient. I want to thank Islande who checked me in. She was friendly and informative. Sam took my vitals. She took care not to hurt the area of my arm that was sensitive. Lindsey was the provider who treated me. She took time to evaluate and make sure I understood what was wrong and what to do. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Advent Health.
Great staff. Everyone was helpful. Took my concerns seriously. I was taken back on how great of a job everyone did. Would recommend to anyone.
The absolute worse experience ever at this location. I was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection. NEVER listened to my lungs, Never looked at my throat or examined my lymph nodes. His name was Espinoza and was in a hurry to get out. Very disappointed as it’s the closest urgent care to me!! Will not be going back anytime soon. I would like the manager of this location to contact me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
