New protocols put in place for covid-19 sure have made the visit more efficient and user friendly. More access to online and over the phone options have made things easier and faster.
Was extremely friendly and helpful. Wasn’t there too long either.
Phone almost never answers. But over all pretty good.
Workers are rude, they never answer the phone and they don't know what they're doing.
