They open at 9:00am. At 8:59 I got out of my car and saw the receptionist walk out the front door. I said hi and asked if they are open she said no. I said do you open at 9. She said yes 9. And walked to Dunks. Which is fine I get it. Coffee is a must. Then they said they didn’t take my insurance. I asked if they could see me and possibly bill me after checking about my insurance. Never again! Staff was clearly irritated we came in toward closing time, and they took my 7 year old into an exam room without me. Got seen for about 30 seconds and then the staff was talking about me when I left (they should do so away from the giant windows in the front, while staring at me in the car). Save yourself time and go somewhere else
i went there to get stitches for a cut on my forehead. Dr. Emily and the team provided excellent service.
