It is September 17th and I should have been able to use my HEP Flex card as of September 1st. This has not been the case. I have had to pay my copays out of pocket for numerous appointments and prescriptions. I have emailed daily and called HEP without resolve. My employer has also tried to resolve this issue. This is inexcusable. This company is holding money hostage from the people they are supposed to be providing a service for. I will not sign up for this service again. I do not recommend this company for FLEX services.
Worse insurance to ever exist
Horrible company- no one answers the phone, emails go unanswered and claims that have been outstanding since late fall 2024 are still unpaid. If you look at the portal, it says a check was mailed on 7/16, still haven’t received a check…. Can’t call anyone to get any answers since they are never open. This used to be Health Economics Group since becoming Health Economics Partners they are a disaster. They should be forced to turn over interest on the money they fail to reimburse in a timely manner. The app works maybe 50% of the time, they do not respond to emails at any of the multiple addresses I have found. They list their hours, but you call during those hours and they say they are closed. Do not do business with this company! they will take your premiums and then not pay!!! people want answers!!! Scam of a company. Absolutely disgusting how they have handled business but I'm sure Zach will send an email stating he will look into over the next few days! (Mean while things still aren't paid) where is our premium money going that people pay in? Because it sure isn't to the bills of dental offices
