I have tried calling, texting, emails , and cannot leave messages or find anyone who replies to any inquiry. Have been waiting for two months for my medical reimbursement payment! Am now talking to my school district as they are having a serious problem with the company not responding to them..
They sent me a check and it BOUNCED! They have not credited my account. No one answers the phone, or responded to messages and emails.
This company is. joke. My employer is attempting to get out money back. Multiple checks they sent me bounced, our HSA cards do not work, they never respond to you, if you are considering them RUN. Zach who bought this company which I used for years has run it into the ground. Even their bank is shocked at their practices, the bank manager tried to intervene on my behalf. I hope people are reporting them to the IRS and for insurance fraud!
It is September 17th and I should have been able to use my HEP Flex card as of September 1st. This has not been the case. I have had to pay my copays out of pocket for numerous appointments and prescriptions. I have emailed daily and called HEP without resolve. My employer has also tried to resolve this issue. This is inexcusable. This company is holding money hostage from the people they are supposed to be providing a service for. I will not sign up for this service again. I do not recommend this company for FLEX services.
