Some awesome doctors here, but for feminine health, I can’t recommend Dr. Alison Maiden less. After five appointments where she diagnosed me with everything under the sun, I got a second opinion and found out I had an aggravated yeast infection which required antibiotics. Dr. Alison Maiden shortened some of my expensive appointments to 2 minutes (I counted!) and she did not provide any useful advice. This medical centre is a joke. The MOST ridiculous wait times I have ever experienced. Greedy doctors piling patients so they maximise their dollars and utter disrespect to patients making them wait for so long. Complaints not dealt with in a respectful or considered manner. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I used to be a patient at this centre. Dr. Alice Crowley was/is fantastic for women and pregnancy. Dr. Paul Hingston is also brilliant. But because of Dr. Alison Maiden, I will never step foot in the building again. I had seen Dr. Maiden several times over the years and never had issues. On this appointment I was 2 weeks into a severe chest infection and it wasn’t getting better. I had been seeing another GP in the clinic, however, they weren’t available that day. Receptionist was rude! Saying they don’t have home doctors but website provides different information. Even when asked if I can come and see doctor lady was useless and said without thinking that noone is available.horrible.
